Lectures - contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
I often do lectures at universities and I also offer courses for social workers, managers and other staff working in public or private organization. My lectures and courses are always based on my research, ensuring a good alternation between theory and practice. In 2012 I recieved FUHU's Research Dissemination Prize.
In the last few years, I have been especially interested in researching how the principles of bureaucracy, the values of the market and the norms of psychology influence encounters between citizens and public administrators. I am also occupied with the way in which health issues in both public and private organizations organise relations between citizens and professionals as well as employees and employers.
